St Nicholas’ Day Biscuits

Today is St Nicholas' Day, and yesterday Mini-M, Mr E and I decorated gingerbread biscuits.

Or more accurately, Mr E and I decorated gingerbread biscuits and Mini-M ate hers before any decorating could happen.

Here's what I envisaged - gingerbread biscuits with dried fruit and nuts stuck on with a little icing, capitalising on Mini-M's current love of dipping things (bread in soup, biscuits in yogurt, penguin in the bath).
